IG Autism was founded by Ken and Angela Chinweze with a mission to create a dedicated local resource center for families navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we serve the Shreveport-Bossier community with compassion and commitment.

The Chinweze family recognized a gap in accessible autism resources and support programs in Louisiana. Their vision became IG Autism, a hub that offers education, events, mentorship, and community engagement for families.
